8th Grade Girls Basketball: Troy Howard 46, Camden-Rockport 41
(By Cheryl Beveridge, CRMS coach)

We hosted [Troy Howard] for the last season game tonight. It proved to be another exciting game for us. We had a come from behind second half game.

Anya Babb-Brott and Alexandra Southworth scored seven of their nine in the second half and Lexi Heidorn scored 12 of her 17 in the second half.

With seven seconds on the clock Lexi Heidorn scored to put us into overtime.

In overtime it was a two point game with less than a minute left. Belfast went 4-for-4 from the foul line down the stretch. Great game to watch. I was so pleased with my team to come back, tie the game with seconds on the clock.

This made such an exciting game to watch. All of our girls played an aggressive game. We travel to Medomak on Monday for the quarterfinal playoffs.

Quarter Scores: 7-6 CR, 21-12 THMS, 23-32 THMS, 38-38 and 46-41 THMS.
