Happy Noon Year's Party at Rockland library

Join Miss Katie for a special New Year's storytime, crafts, and activities. Listen to stories, dance, sing, decorate your own party hat, and then help the countdown to NOON. Rockland Public Library will be celebrating the upcoming new year with a party in the Children's Room.
"This kid friendly celebration counts down to 12 p.m. instead of 12 a.m. so that our youngest can be part of the party," said RPL, in a news release.
(This will be take the place of Miss Katie's typical 10:30 a.m. Wednesday storytime.)
The Rockland Public Library is located at 80 Union St.
