Gladys V. Hendrick Whittier Dodge passed away in Bangor, August 12, 2017. Born at the Barrett Farm in Camden, April 12, 1924 to Charles E. and Viola May Hendrick.

She was one of 10 children, raised on Cobb Road. Siblings, Charles E II, James C. and Wilson P. Hendrick, Elsie McGee, Hazel Garrison, Cora Chorman and Hilda (Heidi) Seaman predeceased her, as well as an infant daughter, Brenda.

Gladys is survived by her son, Timothy Whittier, his wife, Heather, a grandson, Aaron, as well as two sisters, Thelma (Aleisha) Rase' of Texas and lifelong Camden resident Mary E. Dearborn. She is also survived by her loving and caring companion of 25 years, Eugene Coombs and is daughter Meg Leonard.

There will be a private family graveside service in the near future.
