ROCKPORT — This fall features over 160 classes at Five Town CSD Adult and Community Education, found in the fall brochure and on the adult education website at fivetowns.coursestorm

Many new craft classes are available this fall, including three different classes for the holidays. Eighteen different cooking classes are featured, including Cake Decorating, Gluten Free Quiche, Cooking with Mushrooms and Cooking with Root Vegetables. 

Garden and yard classes feature Garlic Growing, Soil preparation, Hoop Bending, and Winter Weed identification.  Home classes include Homebuyer’s Education, Home Maintenance and Repair, Getting off Oil, Organizing Your Home, and Building with Alternative Materials. 

For those interested in health and exercise, the choices range from Stretch and Tone, Reflexology, Tai Chi, and Seated Massage to Strength Training, Tennis and Pickleball.

Musical classes include Folk Guitar, Recorder, Ukulele, Finnish Lap Harp, Piano and Native American Flute – then you can go do Belly dancing or West Coast Swing! Eight writing classes will appeal to both beginners and experienced writers, and there is a class to make a journal to contain that writing.
