BELFAST — Elaine M. Joseph, 77 of Belfast, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on February 22, 2024.  

A graveside service with a gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 11 a.m., at Grove Cemetery in Belfast.
