    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court June 24 to July 3:

    Eric M. Albee, 29, of Vassalboro, driving to endanger in Palermo June 27, license suspended for 30 days and $700 fine.

    Heather Lee Blood, 36, of Bangor, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics in Burnham Dec. 28, 2012, one year in prison.

    Ashley M. Dodd, 24, of Morrill, burglary in Belfast May 27, 2012, 10 months in prison and probation continued.

    Evan D. Finlay, 22, of Searsport, burglary in Belfast July 5, 2012, six months in jail and probation continued.

    Branden Galloway, 22, of Liberty, eluding an officer in Unity Oct. 3, 2010, seven months in jail and probation revoked.

    Sean Giannone, 35, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast April 30, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation.

    Tristan E. Grant, 21, of Lincolnville, allowing a minor to possess or consume alcohol in Lincolnville May 31, 2011, $500 fine.

    Kelly Ann Hall, 29, of Rockland, aggravated criminal mischief in Swanville July 15, 2011, three months in jail and $2,500 restitution.

    Sarah E. Lawler-Stoddard, 32, of Belfast, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 15, 2012, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Oct. 1, 2012, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast March 30, 2012, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Dec. 1, 2012, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast March 15, 2012, dismissed; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 15, 2012, dismissed.

    Heather L. McIver, 29, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Monroe July 17, 2011, dismissed.

    Zachary T. Milliken, 30, of Brooks, burglary in Knox Nov. 15, 2010, two years six months in prison with all but 90 days suspended, two years of probation and $1,650 restitution.

    Glenn Reed, 65, of Lincolnville, assault in Belfast March 9, six months in jail and $300 fine; unlawful sexual touching in Belfast March 9, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one year of probation; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast March 9, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 9, dismissed.

    Jesse J. Spencer, 25, of Winterport, criminal mischief in Winterport Feb. 5, nine months in jail; possession or transfer of burglar's tools in Winterport Feb. 5, nine months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Feb. 5, nine months in jail and $170 restitution.

    Kira M. Spencer, 25, of Orlando Fla., unlawful possession of scheduled drugs in Belfast Nov. 15, 2012, 10 days in jail and $800 fine; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
