WALDOBORO — Decorate your golf cart and ride in the Waldoboro Day Parade. You and your friends can have a great time in the Golf Cart Brigade and then assist others getting up and down the hills to the carnival and then back to their cars. Neighbors can help neighbors get close to all the games, vendors, food and music. Remember the phenomenal fireworks that begin at 9 p.m.

In addition to all the activities, carnival rides and parade; there will be the boat rides down the Medomak River right after the parade. Just go to the Pine Street Landing and board the stable pontoon boat for a view of Waldoboro from the water.

The Waldoboro Day Committee is accepting applications for vendors with crafts or goods to sell, that day. If you are going to be selling goods and you are not a nonprofit organization, the charge for space is $20. If you are a nonprofit you need to contact the committee to secure a space. Vendor applications and a volunteer sign-up sheet will be available at the town office, the town website and on the Waldoboro Day Facebook page.
