Operating under the influence, speeding, violating conditions of release

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity May 19-26. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    May 13 (late entry)

    Jenny Orcutt, 31, of Searsport, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Route 1. 

    May 21

    Trey Harford, 23, of Swanville, was arrested for operating after revocation on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Jessica L. Kelley, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines. 

    May 22

    Bradley Beeton, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release and violating conditions of bail on Penobscot Terrace. Beeton was charged with violating conditions of release at Waldo County Jail May 23. 

    May 23

    Christian P. Corson, 42, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Northport Avenue. 

    May 24

    Benjamin R. Young, 24, of Morrill, was issued summonses for possession of a schedule W drug and possession of a usable amount of marijuana on Belmont Avenue. 

    Unique S. Peters, 40, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Patterson Hill Road.
