Aug. 10 (late entry)

Clara S. Thompson, 24, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on High Street.

Aug. 15

Brian D. Carrara, 24, of Waldo, was issued a summons for speeding 69 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Michael J. Unda, 50, of Camden, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Commercial Street.

Aug. 16

Keith N. Tracy, 53, (hometown unlisted), was issued summonses for disorderly conduct and domestic violence terrorizing.

Aug. 17

Stewart Petrie, 65, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Lincolnville Avenue.

John H. Leadbetter, 70, of Waldo, was arrested for assault on Ryan Road.

Luke S. Gallant, 19, Frankfort, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Aug. 18

Sean M. Twombly, 33, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a vehicle (30-50 days).

Evan C. Drinkwater, 20, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for receiving stolen property.

Shawn D. Snodgrass, 18, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Front Street.

Aug. 20

Edward A. Shute, 73, of Orland, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Aug. 21

Dakota J. Leeman, 23, of Washington, was issued summonses for speeding 45 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Kathleen I. Pendleton, 62, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to yield at a stop sign on Cedar Street.

Michael Martinez, 39, of Belfast and Lake Wales, Fla., was arrested for operating after suspension on Main Street stemming from an incident June 3, operating after suspension on Searsport Avenue and violating conditions of release.

Michelle A. Pendleton, 23, of Northport, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Ryan Road.

Timothy E. Daniels, 47, of Moorestown, N.J., was issued a summons for speeding 68 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3. 

Sarah Philbrick, 34, of Knox, was issued a summons for speeding 62 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3.
