    BELFAST — The following activity was reported by the Belfast Police Department Sept. 7-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Aug. 31 (late entry)

    Michael P. Colby, 37, of Montville, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Waldo Avenue.

    Sept. 1 (late entry)

    Brent A. Waterman II, 22, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Sept. 7

    Jason I. Stager, 29, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Sept. 14

    Shana A. Colby, 39, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Marsh Road.

    Latisha L. Cook, 22, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Small Road.

    Sept. 15

    Susan B. Campbell, 54, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1.

    Sept. 16

    Richard A. Cook, 47, of Waldo, was issued summonses for an operator consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public way, and operating without license (beyond condition or restriction) on Marsh Road, stemming from an incident Sept. 2.

    Sept. 17

    Jason A. Kilby, 36, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on City Point Road.

    Sept. 18

    Troy P. Sprague, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to keep right on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Emily A. McCarthy, 26, of Camden, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.
