    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 15-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 8 (late entry)

    Zayne A. Snyder, 18, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Waterville Road. 

    March 15

    Ethan J. Laurel, 22, of Belfast, was issued a summons for imprudent speed on Lincolnville Avenue. 

    March 16

    Jeanne M. Snodgrass, 58, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle (20-150 days) on High Street. 

    March 17

    Devin L. Colby-McIntire, 19, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    March 18

    Brian E. Fraser, 56, of Bangor, was issued a summons for improper passing on Route 3. 

    Randy S. Elwell, 19, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Lori Ann Nickerson, 51, of Waldo, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to yield on a public way and  seatbelt violation on High Street. 

    Tanisha D. Linscott, 18, of Morrill, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of  property damage accident and operating without a license on Starrett Drive. 

    March 20

    Robert S. Dwelley, 66, of Hope, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) on Footbridge Road.
