Belfast Police beat: OUIs, speeding, theft

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 7-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 16 (late entry)

    Angie Stamp, 42, of Searsport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Searsport Avenue.

    April 7

    Tabitha J. Johnson, 24, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Waterville Road.

    Holly-Jo Ward, 43, of Belmont, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Field Street.

    April 10

    Ton Tien, 36, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 31 mph in a 15 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Jason C. Moulton, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for violation of a protection order on Ryan Road.

    April 15

    Gene A. Kelley, 62, of Unity, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and having an open container in motor vehicle on Waldo Avenue.

    April 17

    Benjamin F. Spencer, 50, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft on High Street, stemming from an incident Dec. 12.

    Blaine W. Lanpher, 44, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Route 1.
