BELFAST — This year the artists and craftspeople of Belfast Harbor Artisans will be raffling off a number of local, handmade works. Those raffle proceeds will help support the Waldo County Interfaith Fuel Fund, a local charity providing heating fuel assistance to those most in need during the Maine winters.

The raffle tickets will be collected between Friday, Nov. 28 and Monday, Dec. 22, with the winners chosen Tuesday, Dec. 23.

In addition to the raffle, Belfast Harbor Artisans will also offer various free Christmas treats just for kids

Belfast Harbor Artisans, an in-town artists' cooperative located at 60 Main St., Belfast, will be offering various incentives for Holiday shoppers throughout the season.

Special dates to look for will be: Nov. 28, Black Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Nov. 29, Shop Local Day; and Dec. 6, 6 a.m. to 5p.m., for the Early Bird specials; 

Belfast Harbor Artisans will be open every day from November 28 through December 24, from 10 a.m. to 5, and December 26, 27 and 31.
