Jessica L. Dengler, 26, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Lincolnville Oct. 14, dismissed.

Charles J. Dhyse, 72, of Northport, assault in Northport Sept. 9, $500 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Northport Sept. 9, $500 fine and $49 restitution.

Kayla B. Ingraham, 27, of Freedom, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Feb. 8, $500 fine.

Patricia Leonard, 44, of West Bridgewater, Mass., assault in Thorndike Oct. 17, $300 fine.

Dennis L. Pomeroy Jr., 34, of Belfast, violating condition of release in Brooks April 11, 2013, $250 fine; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Brooks April 11, 2013, $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks April 11, 2013, dismissed; assault in Brooks April 11, 2013, dismissed.

Derrick E. Roberts, 26, of Swanville, violating conditions of release in Swanville Dec. 17, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Swanville Oct. 11, dismissed.
