MRC Welcomes New Fitness Trainer

MRC is excited to announce a new addition to our fitness staff!

Holly Vanorse Spicer is a lifelong resident of the area, having attended and graduated from Camden/Rockport area schools.  She is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist who works one-on-one, in pairs (groups) and instructs fitness classes for various levels. 

Coming from a sports background and currently living a healthy lifestyle, Holly believes that with the right tools, and proper guidance, anyone can achieve their goal of a healthier life.  She believes in real people, real bodies and her goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals within the environment that surrounds them. 

Holly works with all ages, from high school to seniors, men and women.  Whether you’re a beginner, or an advanced athlete, there is no goal that she can’t help you tackle.  She specializes in pre/post natal fitness and nutrition, sports specific training and bodybuilding. 

MRC looks forward to all that Holly will bring to its fitness program!
