ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Feb. 23-March 12. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 23

Russell Thompson, 42, of Benton, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for inspection violation.

Austin Marriner, 39, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Taylor for expired registration.

Feb. 24

Andrew Cavanaugh, 57, of Waldoboro, was charged by Sgt. Jim Moore theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Feb. 27

Philip J. Seekins, 22, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Jacob Powers for speeding 78 mph in a 55 mph zone.

Maria J. Hoecker, 55, of Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

Zackary A. Wincklhofer, 35, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for failure to register a motor vehicle in a period of 30-150 days.

Lanny J. Willey III, 29, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Tony Del Vecchio for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Feb. 28

Randy S. Dudley, 61, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Ford for operating with an expired license for a period of less than 90 days.

March 3

Corey A. Robinson, 26, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating after suspension.

March 5

Coastal Delivery Systems, of Bangor, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection, insurance violations. 

Kenneth Miller, 35, of Camden, was issued a summons by Ford for operating after revocation. 

March 6 

Scott Sell, 34, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Moore for inspection violation.

March 9

Ethan Senay, 27, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Taylor for expired registration.

March 11

Erin Jackson, 27, of Camden, was issued a summons by Taylor for expired registration.

March 12 

Gabriel Gushee, 35, of Warren, was issued a summons by Ford for insurance violation. 

Jonathan Dodge, 33, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Powers for operating under the influence.
