HOPE — The Hope Fire Department is hosting a candidate’s night May 29 at the Hope Corner Fire Station, with candidates seeking seats as selectmen, road commissioner and on the budget and school committees invited.

Tom Ford will be the moderator, and all five candidates for selectmen (there are two seats available) have committed to attending the forum.

Selectmen candidates include incumbent Wendy Pelletier, Brittany Payson, David Bosken Ryan Entwistle and Jim Blanchette.

Budget Committee candidates are Bill Jones, Joe Berry and Jean Ettlinger.

School Committeee candidate is Kate Ryan.

Road Commissioner candidate is John Monroe.

Following opening statements from the candidates the floor will be opened for citizen questions.
