Valli Geiger, Lisa Westkaemper take seats in Rockland Council race

    Three candidates ran for two empty seats on the Rockland City Council, and by 8:30 p.m. the winners were announced: Valli Geiger and Lisa Westkaemper.

    Geiger received 768 votes

    Westkaemper, 1,018 voters

    Gregory Mason, 755 votes
