Byrlynne D. Angela Ellis, 34, of Thomaston, operating a vehicle without a license in Thomaston Oct. 31, 2012, 14 days in jail; operating under the influence (two prior convictions) in Thomaston Oct. 31, 2012, $1,100 fine, 40 days in jail and license suspended for six years.

Gerald Hews Jr., 34, of Fairfield, domestic violence assault in St. George July 21, 2012, dismissed.

Barry Reed, 32, of Friendship, gross sexual assault in Friendship March 1, 2010, dismissed; furnishing liquor to a minor in Friendship March 1, 2010, dismissed; sexual abuse of a minor in Friendship March 1, 2010, dismissed.

Albert J. Russell, 28, of Belfast, aggravated criminal trespass in Warren April 28, 2007, 16 months in prison; violating conditions of release in Warren May 11, 2007, 16 months in prison.
