SPRUCE HEAD — Dr. Thomas W. Williams, 93, husband of Virginia Heggie Williams, passed away on May 10, 2017, at his home, surrounded by his family.
A complete obituary will be published later.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 27, at 11 a.m. at the Rockport Opera House with the Rev. Dr. Susan Stonestreet officiating.
