Man arrested for theft at unoccupied Warren home
ROCKLAND —Knox County Sheriff's deputies arrested Daniel Boyce Wednesday night after Boyce was allegedly seen leaving an unoccupied home on Finntown Road in possession of stolen items.
Boyce, 38, of Warren, was charged with burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transer, violation of conditions of release, and trespass by motor vehicle.
Chief Deputy Tim Carroll said Deputy Nathanial Jack, acting on information, conducted surveillance of the Finntown Road resident in Warren and saw Boyce allegedly leaving the area of the residence. Jack was assisted by Deputy Paul Pinkham and Lt. Reginald Walker, and Boyce was stopped and found in possession of "several hundered dollars" worth of stolen metals.
Boyce was taken to the Knox County Jail.
