Some Waldo County residents will still be without power until Tuesday

According to a Waldo County Emergency Management Agency news release some residents will still be without power until Tuesday. Be aware that temps will be in the teens with a wind chill on top. Be prepared.
Be careful of using generators and portable heaters. Carbon monoxide is a deadly killer.
Drain your pipes if you can't keep your home heated.
As of 3 p.m. there were approximately 600 CMP customers with power outages. This was down from over 2,500.
For many, power should be restored by tonight.
However, some areas may not get power back until tomorrow. These could include:
Parts of Islesboro - perhaps to night; if not by noon Tuesday.
Parts of Lincolnville (Coleman Pond-Eugley Road area) 5pm Tuesday
Northport – Caswell Hill area – 1 pm Tuesday
Montville – Barrett Road – 11 am Tuesday
Brooks/Jackson/Monroe – 5 pm Tuesday
Parts of Stockton Springs, Searsport, Prospect and Winterport – 6 am Tuesday
Camp roads and individual accounts – Tuesday night
