ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity July 22-Aug. 5. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

July 22 

A 15-year-old female was charged by Officer Jacob Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor.                 

Christopher Schisler, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Detective Sergeant Russell Thompson on a warrant.

Michael Papa, 27, of Richmond, was arrested by Shirey for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and refusing to sign a summons.                 

Jasper Barber, 29, of Freeport, was arrested by Shirey for furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol and disorderly conduct. 

July 23 

A 14-year-old female was charged by Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor.                 

Dustin Robinson, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun on a warrant for failing to appear.               

Jeffrey Callahan, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a probation violation. 

Kristopher Hillgrove, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley or violating conditions of release.

Dean Hale, 28, of Owls Head, was charged by Shirey with operating after suspension. 

July 24 

Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, was charged by Shirey with possession of alcohol by a minor.                  

Julie Wadsworth, 36, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Michael Freyer with assault and later also arrested for terrorizing.                 

Evan Andrews, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Redmun for domestic violence assault. 

July 26 

Julie Nickles, 23, of Owls Head, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for disorderly conduct.     

July 27    

Jason Ouelette, 26, of Hampden, was arrested by Officer William Smith on a warrant for domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release and violating a protection from abuse order. 

Nathan Corlis, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for violating conditions of release. 

July 28

Ralene Grant, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley on a warrant for theft. 

Kelly Haddad, 44, of Rockland was charged by Redden with operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

Craig Curtis, 40, of Rockport, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant for violating conditions.

July 29 

Derek Lambert, 25, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant for unpaid fines.                 

Kenneth Corlis, 48, of Rockland, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal for violating conditions of release. 

Charles Stone, 43, of Rockland, was arrested by Neal for a probation violation.

Dylan Smith, 25, of Rockport, was charged by Shirey with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failing to report an accident by quickest means. 

Jonathan Ashley, 25, of Jefferson, was arrested by Shirey on a warrant for for unpaid fines.

July 31 

Chad Jordan, 35, of Naples, was charged by Redden with two counts of assault.              

Adam Niemeyer, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant for failing to appear. 

James McCausland, 29, of Enfield, was charged by Redden with assault. 

Ryan Newbert, 18, of Rockland, was charged by Sgt. Matt Lindahl with possession of alcohol by a minor.                  

Ryan Guimond, 24, of Rockland, was charged by Lindahl with furnishing liquor to minors. 

Ryan Guimond, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for receiving stolen property.

Aug. 1 

Lisa Stanley Pearse, 45, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to produce evidence of insurance. 

Aug. 2

Dannette Stetson Peck, 51, of N.H. (no town listed), was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.
