Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases
ROCKLAND- The following cases were closed in Knox County Criminal Docket from July 27-31. The unified Criminal Docket is a new system for processing criminal actions and certain associated civil violation actions. It is expected to increase efficiency by eliminating the duplicative clerical workload created by the current system of case transfer between the District and Superior Court by reducing the number of court appearances required to process individual cases, according to the State of Maine Judicial Branch.
Ethan Andrews, 28, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, 180 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, probation two years.
Tristan Bissett, 19, of Waldoboro, possession of marijuana, $300 fine.
Andrea Bonnette, 70, of Warren, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
Howard Brown, 52, of Camden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 45 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days; operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.
Richard Butler, 36, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Stephen Butler, 32, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, seven days in jail.
Jeffrey E. Colburn, 55, of Warren, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Kenneth Corlis, 48, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Nathan Corlis, 21, of Rockland, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Monika Daskam, 37, of Belfast, smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than years of age, $50 fine.
Trever A. Davis, 45, of Tenants Harbor, violation of lobster crab fishing rule, Chapter 25, $250 fine.
Timothy J. Dodge, 54, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Andrew G. Delano, 33, of Friendship, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, guilty.
A minor, 17, of South Thomaston, operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine; operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Michael Gray, 34, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.
David F. Harjula, 26, of Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Bobby L. Harvey, 34, of Levant, possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Ryan Hopkins, 24, of Union, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.
Raheem A. James, 21, of Camden, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
Thomas Edward Jones, 54, of Northampton, Mass., driving to endanger, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence, dismissed.
Kenneth Wade Judkins, 29, of Waldoboro, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Luke A. Julian, 34, of Hampden, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 ¼ ounce, $350 fine.
Autumn O. MacDonald, 21, of Searsport, smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.
Tyler Miller, 20, of Jefferson, fish for or take shellfish from closed area, dismissed.
A minor, 17, of Owls Head, operating vehicle without license, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Martha E. Piscuskas, 55, of Liberty, driving to endanger, dismissed.
Benjamin Rackliff, 42, of Union, harassment by telephone, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Benjamin Rankin, 26, of Camden, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 90 days in jail, endangering the welfare of a child, 30 days in jail.
Kristina A. Rowe, 44, of Owls Head, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Jacob W. Sawyer, 22, of Warren, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
