BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity July 28 - Aug. 2. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

July 28

Larry J. Jones, 63, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street.

July 31

Brandon S. Ashby, 33, of Morrill, was arrested on warrants for unpaid fines (three charges), failure to appear and probation revocation. Ashby was also issued a summons for sale and use of paraphernalia on Lincolnville Avenue. 

Jan M. Gorton, 65, of Hope, was issued a summons for speeding 41 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.

Wayne E. Ely, 49, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Pierce Street.

Aug. 1

Carol Yee, 72, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence. 

Mark White, 25, of Searsmont, was issued a summmons for criminal trespass on Front Street. 

Aug. 2

Celia Haviland, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on Washington Street. 

Kelsey P. Liversidge, 21, of Kirkland, Québec, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on High Street.

Aaron D. Delisle, 30, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Back Belmont Road. 

Clifford L. Young, 40, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Waldo Avenue.
