Knox County Sixth District Court closed cases
ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Sixth District Court from July 13-17.
Robert E. Bird, 51, of Rockport, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.
Benjamin M. Clark, 25, of Appleton, operating ATV under the influence, $700 fine, seven days in jail.
Louis Joseph Rubino Jr., 34, of Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.
David L. Sanborn, 55, of Waldoboro, violating municipal shellfish ordinance, dismissed; shellfish harvesting license violation, commercial, $300 fine.
Georgianna M. Zercie, 47, of Rockport, assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, $200 fine.
