BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 9-20.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

May 9

Ann Moody, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Belmont Ave.

Joseph Littlefield, 26, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Belmont Ave.

May 14

Peter Milliard, 69, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Shepherd Road. 

May 15

Brian Collins, 35, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault and terrorizing with a dangerous weapon on Swan Lake Ave.
