June 2

Barry E. Tripp, 31, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence and refusal to submit to arrest or detention.

June 5

Maitland R. Williams, 31, of Damariscotta, was summonsed for possession of a useable amount of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Amanda Dunham, 25, of Belfast, was summonsed for operating after suspension and unnecessary braking/acceleration noise.

Ailean A. Seekins, 45, of Bucksport, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Austin E. Hannington, 20, of Monroe, was summonsed for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

Lindrith E. Davies, 55, of Jackson, was summonsed for speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone on Northport Avenue.

June 6

Kenneth P. Agabian, 49, of Boston, Mass., was summonsed for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Ryan N. Raven, 21, of Thorndike, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Adam M. Dawson, 23, of Stockton Springs, was summonsed for speeding 52 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue and for operating after suspension.

Karyn Kuchenbauer, 46, of Northport, was summonsed for theft of services.

June 7

Kristi R. Jackson, 26, of Belfast, was summonsed for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

Katie A. Winslow, 27, of Belfast, was summonsed for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

Dana M. Green, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

Katrina Floyd, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release.

June 9

Ryan S. Flannery, 28, of Northport, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violating (expired July 2012).

June 10

Michael D. Gill, 33, of Orrington, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Stuart E. Phelps Jr., 73, of Belfast, was summonsed for speeding 57 mph in a 40 mph zone on Northport Avenue.

Taylor E. Allen, 29, of Brighton, Mass., was summonsed for speeding 55 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue.

June 11

Robert B. Hutchinson, 40, of Penobscot, was summonsed for an inspection sticker violation (expired November 2012).

Pierre Leclerc, 49, of Brooks, was summonsed for speeding 57 mph in a 40 mph zone on Northport Avenue.

Oliver Outerbridge, 52, of Belfast, was summonsed for operating without a license.

Selena Kinney, 42, of Belfast, was summonsed for negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check).

Daniel T. Riedy, 32, of Belfast, was arrested for terrorizing, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Christopher Daley, 29, of Searsport, was summonsed for harassment by telephone, stemming from an incident June 11.

Brandan A. Carnes, 26, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence.

Joshua M. Hustus, 36, of Belmont, was summonsed for obstructing the report of a crime/injury, criminal mischief, domestic violence terrorizing, aggravated criminal trespass and aggravated domestic violence assault.

Frank Trocco, 65, of Montville, was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with expired registration over 150 days (expired November 2012).

Gerald J. Blandford, 65, of Belfast, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Dorothy Sherling, 64, of Santa Rosa Beach, Fla., was summonsed for speeding 69 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 3 in Belfast.

Steven C. Bradley, 45, of Augusta, was summonsed for negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check).

Constance Ethier, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

Jeffrey R. Fries, 25, of Searsmont, was summonsed for speeding 69 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 137.

Alison D. Pullen, 33, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Avenue.

Kenneth J. Miller, 31, of Belfast, was summonsed for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (over 150 days), speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 1, an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Matthew M. Diprete-Digioia, of Belfast, was summonsed for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Jean Richards, 85, of Jackson, was summonsed for speeding 67 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 137.

Robert Gleeson, 52, of Northborough, Mass., was summonsed for speeding 59 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 3.

Ethan A. Jean, 23, of Jackson, was summonsed for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Main Street.
