ROCKLAND — The following case was closed in Knox County Superior Court from April 29 to May 7.
Robert E. Thompson, 51, of St. George, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Spruce Head Jan. 1, 2012, dismissed.
The following cases were closed in Rockland District Court from April 29 to May 7.
Amanda M. Birmingham, 29, of Rockland, operating under the influence in Rockland Nov. 18, 2012, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and license and registration suspended for three years.
Phillip C. Burgin, 40, of Frankfort, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area in Vinalhaven Aug. 4, 2011, dismissed.
Christopher L. Cole, 33, of Warren, operating a vehicle without a license in Rockland March 14, 2012, 48 hours in jail.
Justin L. Hitz, 38, of Cushing, operating under the influence in Thomaston Oct. 25, 2011, $700 fine, 180 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year of probation and three-year license suspension; driving to endanger in Thomaston Oct. 25, 2011, $1,000 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Jeramy Luszczki, 31, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Rockland Nov. 26, 2012, seven days in jail and $797 restitution.
Stephan T. Norton, 31, of Shrewsbury, Mass., fugitive from justice in Rockland April 19.
Joseph Pomerleau, 48, of Tenants Harbor, failure to register a vehicle in Port Clyde March 14, $100 fine.
Shane Stockbridge, 19, of Hope, assault in Rockland Jan. 16, $300 fine and seven days in jail; criminal threatening in Rockland Jan. 16, seven days in jail.
Larry Wilcox, 63, of Warren, driving to endanger in Warren Jan. 20, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; operating under the influence in Warren Jan. 20, dismissed.
