Matteo S. Adragna, 53, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Belfast July 18, 2011, 15 days in jail; aggravated assault in Winterport July 23, 2012, dismissed; assault in Winterport July 23, 2012, 18 months in prison with all but 15 days suspended and one year of probation.
Jarrod A. Arute, 33, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Oct. 19, 2012, $1,000 fine.

Rodney Glidden, 61, of Palermo, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Palermo Aug. 15, 2012, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation and $440 restitution; unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Palermo Aug. 21, 2012, 30 days in jail; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Palermo Aug. 17, 2012, dismissed.
Paul Hatch III, 26, of Greenfield, domestic violence assault in Winterport April 8, 60 days in jail.
Daniel R. Kesmetis, 30, of Knox, unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Lincolnville Dec. 20, 2011, $400 fine and $800 restitution.
Adam R. Lynn, 33, of Monroe, cultivation of marijuana in Monroe Sept. 8, 2011, 18 months in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation and $100 restitution.

Kayla Seekins, 22, of Belfast, burglary in Belfast Nov. 17, 2010, no sentence imposed.
Richard L. Small, 46, of Sherman, illegal possession of a firearm in Troy Aug. 8, 2012, dismissed; assault in Troy Aug. 8, 2012, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Troy Aug. 8, 2012, five years in prison with all but four months suspended and 18 months of probation; reckless conduct in Troy Aug. 8, 2012, dismissed.
Edward T. Snow, 43, of Mount Holly, N.J., burglary in Searsport April 6, 2010, 15 months in prison and probation revoked.
Christopher Sudsbury, 41, of Belfast, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Belfast Aug. 24, 2011, 60 days in jail and $400 fine; theft by receiving stolen property in Belfast April 28, 2012, 60 days in jail and $5,809.15 restitution; violating conditions of release in Belfast April 28, 2012, 30 days in jail.
Benjamin L.
