CAMDEN — Camden police reported the following activity from July 26-Aug. 18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
July 26
Evan W. Obercian, 36, of Lincolnville, was arrested by Officer Brian Lunt for operating under the influence.
July 29
Jill F. Chandler, 40, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Entwistle for operating after suspension, with priors.
Aug. 1
Skyler J. Dodgem 18, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Bennett Jr. for illegal possession of liquor by a minor.
Katelyn Thomas, 19, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Bennett for illegal possession of liquor by a minor.
Aug. 7
Kyle A. Austin, 25, of Belmont, was issued a summons by Bennett for speeding.
Aug. 8
Katie D. Martin-Foye, 41, of Waldo, was issued a summons by Entwistle for failure to produce insurance.
Aug. 9
Sara Jane Dunkin-Richter, 53, of Medway, Mass., was issued a summons by Entwistle for speeding.
Aug. 10
Gideon Baeza, 20, of Camden, was issued a summons by Bennett for furnishing a place for minors to possess and consume liquor.
Aug. 15
Aaron K. Lavoie, 33, of Camden, was arrested by Bennett for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
Aug. 18
Drew T. Robson, 19, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Bennett for failure to have insurance bond and speeding.
