UNION — After running away from Union Common and Depot Street in Union, Kona, a 1-year-old Malinois, was found, alive and with minor injuries.
He had been hit by a truck and took off. But he was subsequently found five days later on Route 131.
“Kona is doing great!” his owner reported. “He is more than happy to be home and going back to work daily. Kona never doesn't eat well; he is a chow hound!”
Kona has been missing since April 19 from Union Common and Depot Street after he was hit by a truck and ran off.
He is a 1-year-old Malinois, gold with a black face mask, and he is micro-chipped.
His owner says do not chase him.
