ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity from March 2-April 19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 16
Alton Sutherland, 36, Transient, was arrested by Office Jacob Powers for burglary and refusing to submit to arrest.
March 19
Arthur M. Andrews, 34, of Camden, was arrested by Officer Tony Del Vecchio and Officer Wes Butler for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and two counts of violating condition of release.
April 19
Janet Fogg, 60, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Sgt. James Moore for dog at large.
