Waldoboro Police beat: Window damage, speaker theft, operating after suspension
WALDOBORO - Waldoboro police responded to 128 calls for service from March 21-28. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 21
Officer Thomas Bartunek is investigating a report from a citizen that a rear window at the Harold Ralph Chevrolet building was damaged with approximate damage of $100.
March 22
Joshua Simmons, 31, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Larry Hesseline for speed and inadequate tires.
James Michael Temple, 19, of Warren, was charged by Hesseltine for operating after suspension and speed.
Kristian Dobson, 29, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Hesseltine for hindering apprehension or prosecution.
Travis Dobson, 30, of Boothbay, was arrested by Officer Chris Spear on a warrant.
March 25
Carlton Elliott, 27, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Bartunek on a warrant.
March 27
Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report from a citizen of the theft of two speaker towers.
