Waldo County Superior Court: Closed case report
The following cases were closed in Waldo County Superior Court from Oct. 1 through Oct. 5, 2012.
Timothy S. Barnes, 57, of Troy, unlawful possession of hydrocodone in Troy Feb. 29, dismissed; operating under the influence in Troy Feb. 29, $500 fine, 60 days in jail and license suspended for 90 days; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Tory Feb. 29, $400 fine, one year in prison with all but 60 days suspended and a year of probation.
Amanda L. Bedard, 26, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport Dec. 8, 2011, dismissed; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport April 22, 2011, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $168 restitution and 40 hours of community service.
Joanne M. Bernatche, 62, of Bangor, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport March 15, 2011, dismissed.
James T. Ford, 35, of Dixmont, operating under the influence in Belfast Oc.t 20, 2011, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; trafficking in prison contraband in Belfast Oct. 20, 2011, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast Oct. 20, 2011, $400 fine.
Colan Ginn, 35, of Stockton Springs, unlawful sexual contact in Stockton Springs Nov. 15, 2011, six years in prison with all but 18 months suspended and three years of probation; one count of indecent conduct, dismissed; five counts of unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; six counts of gross sexual contact, dismissed.
Alton E. Lane Sr., 33, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation in Swanville Jan. 26, $1,00 fine and six months in jail.
Christopher Lawrence, 30, of Belfast, aggravated assault in Belfast May 14, 2007, 14 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
Basil L. Littlefield III, 29, of Monroe, domestic violence assault in Monroe Aug. 17, dismissed; obstructing report of injury in Monroe Aug. 17, dismissed.
Bengie E. Littlefield, 40, of Frankfort, burglary in Searsport Sept. 6, 2008, nine months and one day in prison; operating after habitual offender revocation in Brooks Feb. 21, $1,000 fine and nine months and one day in prison.
Elizabeth Peabody, 27, of Belfast, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 13, 2011, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years of probation; two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast April 13, 2011 and May 5, 2011, dismissed.
Michael J. Redding, 23, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Belfast April 9, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of probation and $1,517.49 restitution.
Daniel Robbins, 51, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Frankfort June 12, 2010, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but five months suspended and a year of probation; operating a vehicle without a license (conditions/restrictions) in Frankfort June 12, 2010, 30 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report in Frankfort June 12, 2010, 30 days in jail.
Nathan M. Small, 33, of Stetson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham Oct. 3, 2011, 10 days in jail and two years of probation; aggravated criminal mischief in Burnham Oct. 3, 2011, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation and $5,059.57 restitution; burglary in Burnham Oct. 3, 2011, three years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation and $5,059.75 restitution.
Todd Spencer, 22, of Dexter, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham Oct. 5, 2011, nine months in jail ad $5,059.17 restitution; aggravated criminal mischief in Burnham Oct. 5, 2011, nine months in jail; burglary in Burnham Oct. 5, 2011, nine months in jail.
Craig Sullivan, 23, of Belfast, sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast April 1, 2011, 364 days in jail with all but four months suspended and a year of probation; sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast May 15, 2011, dismissed; sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast May 1, 2011, four months in jail; possessing sexually explicit material in Belfast June 1, 2011, four months in jail; sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast June 1, 2011, dismissed; possessing sexually explicit material in Belfast June 1, 2011, four months in jail; sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast April 15, 2011, 364 days in jail, all suspended; sexual exploitation of a minor in Belfast April 1, 2011, dismissed.
Patrick W. Turner, 49, of Appleton, trespass by motor vehicle in Montville March 12, 10 days in jail; burglary in Montville March 12, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville March 12, 10 days in jail.
Anthony T. Ulmer, 37, of Winterport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Winterport Feb. 21, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, $160 restitution and 40 hours of community service.
William Vandorn, 19, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport April 12, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended and a year of probation; aggravated assault in Winterport April 12, dismissed.
