BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity April 27 - May 4. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

April 26

Todd Donlin, 40, of Bangor, was arrested for operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Back Winterport Road in Winterport. 

April 27

Kenneth Grant, 50, of Stonington, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Jasmine’s Way in Swanville. 

April 28

Harland F. Gamble, 57, of Prospect, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Goodell Street in Searsport. 

April 29

David L. Cook, 57, of Burnham, was issued a summons for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1999 on South Horseback Road in Burnham. 

May 3

Scotty J. Richards, 56, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating with an expired license (90+ days), operating beyond posted road restrictions and operating beyond maximum width on Black Hill Road in Frankfort. 

Daniel LaPointe, 30, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Old Belfast Road in Frankfort.
