AUGUSTA — Rep. Christine Burstein, D-Lincolnville, welcomed Husson University student Erin Rollins, of Lincolnville, and her parents to the State House. Erin is the Waldo County recipient of the 2016 Legislative Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to college students for outstanding academic achievement and community service.
