Waldo County reports widespread power outages; roads closed

WALDO COUNTY — An 11 a.m. report from Waldo County Emergency Management Agency reports that 38 percent of Central Maine Power customers are without power.
The wind storm that is the tail end of a large weather system is causing road closures and power outages.
