BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court May 1-7.
Abigail G. Scott, 30, of Belfast, operating after registration suspended in Palermo Aug. 8, $75 fine.
Leah R. Morrison, 44, of North Berwick, violating a condition of release in Palermo Aug. 24, $250 fine; driving to endanger in Palermo Aug. 24, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.
Joshua R. Miller, 53, of Belfast, cruelty to animals in Belfast Oct. 23, $500 fine.
Paul E. Taliaferro, 45, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Knox Feb. 7, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Derek Wilson, 44, of Unity, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Freedom March 23, dismissed.
Candy S. Duprey, 37, of Unity, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox March 22, $400 fine.
Thomas McKee, 64, of Belmont, operating a defective vehicle in Belmont Jan. 24, $100 fine.
Chance Clark, 22, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Lincolnville April 2, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.
Ethan M. Brand, 26, of Lamoine, attaching false plates in Belfast Feb. 20, $100 fine.
Deborah L. Hodgdon, 45, of Frankfort, misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system in Frankfort March 22, $300 fine.
Nicholas Meisner, 38, of Searsmont, criminal mischief in Belfast March 15, $250 fine and $14 restitution.
Taylor Turner, 22, of Unity, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Thorndike Feb. 4, $150 fine.
Gunnar D. Monical, 26, of Vassalboro, violating a fishing rule in Liberty Feb. 9, $100 fine.
Daniel Jewett II, 26, of Montville, allowing a minor to operate an ATV in violation in Liberty Feb. 15, $100 fine.
