2:15 p.m.: Interstate 295 in Yarmouth just reopened following a closure this morning for a jack-knifed tractor trailer.   Both southbound lanes are now reopen.

11 a.m.: State Police say a tractor trailer is blocking both southbound lanes of Interstate 295 in Yarmouth.  The blockage is between Exit 17 and the Royal River. Southbound traffic is being detoured at Exit 17 along Route 1 through Yarmouth and significant tie-ups are taking place, state police said.  A wrecker is enroute to the scene at this hour and it is likely traffic will be disrupted until early afternoon.
