UPDATE: PenBay YMCA Rockport facility now open after power outages

Due to the intermittent power outages, PenBay YMCA on Union Street in Rockport experienced a delayed opening this morning, Oct. 17, until 8 a.m.
The facility is now open and operating as usual.
The Rockland Harbor YMCA was not impacted and opened as usual.
