Union man dies in Route 3 Belfast crash

BELFAST — On Aug. 5, shortly after 4 p.m., Jon David Gleason, 42, of Union, died after his vehicle left the road, and rolled over.
Belfast Police reported that he had been driving west on Route 3 in a 1997 Ford van towing a trailer with a riding lawn mower on it. The vehicle left the roadway and rolled over.
Gleason died at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash, police said.
