LINCOLNVILLE — Ruth Elizabeth Winters, 99, passed away Nov. 28, 2012, at her home in Lincolnville. A complete obituary will be published later and a memorial service will be announced in the spring.

Private burial will be held in the Youngtown Cemetery in Lincolnville.
