Rockport Police beat: Theft, domestic violence assault
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Nov. 6-16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Nov. 6
John Cutler, 55, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore operating an unregistered motor vehicle over 150 days.
Nov. 14
Stacie Bennett, 58, of Rockland, was charged by Moore with operating under the influence.
Timothy Moody, 28, of Northport, was arrested by Officer Tony Del Vecchio on a warrant and two counts of theft.
Nov. 16
Zachariah Yaw, 23, of Warren, was charged by Del Vecchio with domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release.
Bronia L. Fraser, 34, of Windsor, was issued a summons by Officer Jacob Powers with operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.
