Rockland Police beat: OUI, leaving the scene of an accident
ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity May 27- June 9. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
June 10
Matthew Donaher, 30, of Rockport, was charged by Officer Scott Redmun with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failing to report an accident by quickest means.
June 11
Timothy Simmons, 51, of Washington, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan on a warrant for failing to appear on the charge of operating after license revocation.
Clancy Collins, 23, of Warren, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for violating conditions of release.
June 14
Blair Drinkwater, 32, of Rockland was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
June 16
Andrew Tyler, 22, of South Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for operating under the influence.
