Rockland Police beat: Marijuana trafficking, drug possession by a minor
ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity April 21-28. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
April 23
Joshua Haskell, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jabob Shirey on warrants for criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
April 24
Robert Downing, 53, of Hope, was issued a traffic citation by Sergeant Don Finnegan for failing to display a current and valid certificate of inspection.
Geoffrey Barrett, 28, of North Haven, was issued a traffic citation by Officer Scott Redmun for failing to display a current and valid certificate of inspection.
Braden Gamage, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with unlawful possession of useable amount of marijuana.
A 13-year-old male from Rockland was charged by Officer Scott Redmun with unlawful possession of useable amount of marijuana and possession of tobacco by a minor.
April 26
Raheem James, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor for violating conditions of release.
Perry Perkins, 52, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun or operating under the influence.
April 27
Darryl Lange, no age given, of Rockland, was arrested by Maine Drug Enforcement Agents for aggravated trafficking in marijuana and violation of bail. This case was a joint investigation by Rockland Police, Knox County Sheriff’s Office and the MDEA.
