ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity May 27-June 9. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

May 27     

Braden Gamage, 20, of Rockland, was cited by Officer Alex Gaylor for failing to wear a seatbelt.  

Luke Priestly, 30, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Siera Wilmot, 22, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to wear a seatbelt.  

Matthew Turgeon, 36, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Peter Aiken, 28, of Cushing, was cited by Gaylor for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Juvenile male, age 15, no town given, was charged by Officer Andrew Redden with theft. 

Juvenile female, age 14, no town given, was charged by Redden with theft and possession of alcohol. 

May 28 

Dakota Elwell, 22, Spruce Head, was cited by Sergeant Anthony Camporiale for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

May 29 

Stephanie Libby, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

Damon Rice, 52, of South Thomaston, was charged by Gaylor with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.  

Samantha Carter, 25, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation. 

Matthew Wall, 34, of Rockland, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (Adderall).  

Joshua Gagnon, 40, of Manchester, was cited by Neal for failing wear a seatbelt.  

Henry Medford, 64, of Thomaston, was cited by Neal for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Marc Graffam, 24, of Freeport, was cited by Neal for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Ryan Schultz, 27, of Thomaston, was cited by Neal for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Sally Gaffney, 54, of St George, was cited by Neal for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

May 30 

Raheem James, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release.  

Nathanel Atwell, 34, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (Heroin). 

Margaret Cross, 28, of Tenants Harbor, was cited by Officer Jacob Shirey for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Brandon Woodbury, 23, of Rockland, was cited by Shirey for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

Shari Winchenbach, 55, of  N.Y., was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence. 

May 31 

James Vanasse, 25, of Port Clyde, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for operating under the influence. 

Christopher Cummings, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release. 

Georgina Butler, 24, of Rockland, was cited by Sergeant Kenneth Smith for failing to wear a seatbelt. 

June 3 

Juvenile male, age 17, was charged by Officer Scott Redmun with possession of alcohol by a minor. 

June 4 

Michael Estes, 23, of St George, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for a probation violation.  

June 5 

Zachary Brown, 29, of Rockland, was arrested by Redmun on a warrant for aggravated assault. 

Eve Hupper, 22, of Thomaston, was arrested by W. Smith for furnishing alcohol to a minor. 

Dora Thompson, 19, of Warren, was issued a summons by W. Smith for illegal transportation of liquor. 

June 6

Wade Phillips, 45, of Rockland, was arrested by Redmun on a warrant for unpaid fines. 

Kenneth Neild, 23, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Gaylor for unpaid fines. 

June 7 

Jason Ouelette, 36, of Bangor, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for violating a protection from abuse order.    

June 8 

Kerri Crossett, 42, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Redden for operating after suspension.
