ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity March 1-31. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. 

March 3      

Brittany Betts, 19, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for domestic violence.

Jeffrey Godard, 29, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Andrew Redden with violating conditions of release. 

Jennifer Marriner, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden on warrants. 

Gerald Hews, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor on a warrant. 

Timothy Wall, 43, of Cushing, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence and possession of schedule W drugs. 

March 4                          

Charles Stone, 44, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.                          

Robertus Jongerden, 59, of Rockland, was charged by Solorzano with theft. 

Sharon Cross, 33, of Washington, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

March 5           

Scott Landry, 37, of Warren, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Morgan Robinson, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for disorderly conduct. 

March 6           

Marqui Pate, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Christopher Young, 48, of Owls Head, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for speeding. 

Caleb Jacob, 19, of Thomaston, was cited by Gaylor for imprudent speed. 

Danielle Valliere, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant. 

March 7 

Female, 17, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

March 8     

Jason Simpson, 48, of Rockland, was charged by Detective Sergeant Russell Thompson for failing to comply with sex offender registration.

Ryan Newbert, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Redden with possession of alcohol by a minor.

March 9 

Laurens Adams, 63, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for operating after suspension and operating with suspended registration.

March 10          

Persephone Barker, 42, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for failing to display a valid certificate of inspection, failing to produce evidence of insurance and expired registration.                           

Timothy Adkins, 41, of Dixmont, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration. 

March 11 

Brenda Shepard, 63, of Rockland, was charged by W. Smith with aggravated furnishing of alcohol to minors. 

Jay Carter, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey on a warrant. 

March 12                          

Jeffery Dorr, 35, of South Thomaston, was arrested by Shirey on warrants, charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana and refusing to sign a summons. 

March 15                          

Ruth Crandall, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for violating conditions of release. 

Charles Dodge, 33, and Charlotte Shellman, 41, both of Rockland, were charged with aggravated forgery (counterfeit currency); Shellman also charged by Detective Sergeant Russell Thompson with drug possession.                          

Matthew Shay, 39, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Bagley on warrants. 

March 16                          

Crystal Ausplund, 41, of South Thomaston, was cited for speeding by Solorzano.                          

Jason Willey, 39, of Rockland, was arrested by Shirey arrested for misuse of 911.                          

Peter Solari, 32, of Cushing, was arrested by Gaylor for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating probation. 

March 17        

Michael Stone, 25, of Warren, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation.                          

Clancy Collins, 25, of Warren, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation and for falsifying physical evidence. 

March 18 

Marqui Pate, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release. 

Christopher Cummings, 47, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Michael Freyer for violating probation.  

March 19                          

Caleb Madore, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence and charged with operating after suspension.  

Corey Thompson, 32, of Spruce Head, was cited by Gaylor for speeding. 

March 20                          

Alexander Nimon, 31, of Thomaston, was arrested by Shirey for operating under the influence. 

March 21         

Adrian Turner, 49, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for domestic violence assault.

March 23 

Joshua Clough, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano for violating a protection order. 

March 24 

Dylan Grubbs, 23, of Thomaston, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release. 

March 25                          

Caleb Madore, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.  

March 26                          

Michael Giambra, 42, of Warren, was charged by Gaylor with theft. 

March 28                          

Cody Rubenstein, 24, of Rockland, was arrested by Bagley for operating after suspension and failing to stop for an officer. 

Trevor Libby, 23, transient, was arrested by W. Smith for violating probation.
