Rockland Police beat: Criminal trespass, unpaid fines
ROCKLAND – Rockland Police reported the following activity April 28-May 5. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
April 28
David Atwood, 46, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a probation violation.
Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. (no arresting officer listed)
Jennifer Kilgore, 38, of Skowhegan, was arrested by Sergeant Matt Lindahl on a warrant for criminal trespass.
William Eustis, 32, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for violating conditions of release.
April 29
Robert Graham, 24, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Jacob Shirey for unpaid fines.
Ryan Newbert, 18, of South Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Scott Redmun for criminal trespass and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
April 30
Craig Reimer, 36, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Jacob Shirey for unpaid fines.
Amanda Unklesbay, 23, of Rockland, was charged by Officer Alex Gaylor with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
May 1
Jesse Ulvilla, 30, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer William Smith for unpaid fines.
Robert Pagano, 47, of Rockland, arrested on a warrant by Officer Scott Redmun for unpaid fines.
May 3
Freedom Hamlin, 34, of Rockland, was arrested for disorderly conduct. (no arresting officer listed)
