ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from May 8-19.

Superior Court

Trevor W. Brooks, 25, of Biddeford, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but five months suspended, probation one year.

Caitlyn Ferrar, 23, of Thomaston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but four months suspended, probation two years, restitution $750.

Ryan J. Gamage, 31, of Owls Head, probation violation, original conviction for operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, $1000 fine, four years in prison with all but two years suspended, probation two years, restitution $232.96.

Katlyn M. Graciale, 31, of Haverhill, Mass., criminal conspiracy, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine.

Candace L. Owens, 37, of Swanville, criminal restraint by parent, child lives in Maine, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Charles A. Ugro, 53, of Milford, probation violation, original conviction for gross sexual assault, probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed; probation violation, original conviction for gross sexual assault, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued; probation violation, original conviction for gross sexual assault, 50 day sin jail, probation partially revoked.

Rockland District Court

Jolene A. Stanwood, 36, of Winter Harbor, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, dismissed, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
